This year's Earth Day celebration is presented in collaboration with the Monroe County Solid Waste Program and the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The day will offer free activities for children and adults, raffle prizes, giveaways, educational booths and refreshments! In 2006, we partnered with IHM to present the movie, ""A World at Waste" on our local public access channel. In addition, we participated with the Monroe County Earth Fair 2006 in partnership with the Monroe County Environmental Health Department Resource Recovery Program. |
