April 30, 2011

Once again, we are collaborated with the Monroe County Solid Waste Program and the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the Earth Day fair held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 in downtown Monroe, Mich. at Loranger Square.

The theme was Living Green in Monroe: Celebrate, Discover, Learn.

The day offered free activities for children and adults, raffle prizes, giveaways, educational booths and refreshments! Entertainer, Chris Linn, America's Magical Funnyman performed!

The Earth Day Committee sponsored an essay contest. A prize was awarded for the top essay.
